Mark founded Effective Registration in 2000, and has guided the company’s strategic vision from its early beginnings to the present. Many large Canadian and multinational organizations have engaged him to re-engineer their most important business processes to achieve significant cost savings and efficiencies.

John Krasnay

Vice President, Technology

John brings extensive programming experience and a passion for technology that ensures our application provides unrivalled features, performance and security. His considerable programming and technical architecture talents have been utilized by some of Canada’s largest organizations. John lives in Ontario and enjoys watching the Maple Leafs and playing hockey.

Mike Cassie

Creative Director

Mike’s creative talent provides design guidance to both our clients and our team. Mike has extensive experience in many aspects of the creative world including architecture, fine arts, graphic design and photography. Mike enjoys the outdoor lifestyle afforded by British Columbia, is a competitive cross country hiker and recreational mountain climber.

David Harrison

Vice President and Legal Counsel

Dave is a lawyer with an extreme entrepreneurial streak. He provides sound legal guardianship for our team and ensures we’re up to date on the latest in privacy and security legislation. Dave lives in Vancouver and is the founder of a law practice called Innovation Advocates which provides customized legal counsel services to entrepreneurs.
